Directions to Downtown Andrews, NC

PLEASE NOTE: If you are traveling through either the Ocoee Gorge or the Nantahala Gorge during rafting season, you should expect slow traffic in those areas.

FROM ATLANTA (2 hours, 40 minutes): Follow I-75N to I-575N to GA 515N. Turn left at GA Spur 60 towards Mineral Bluff, GA. Go approximately 1.9 miles to a 4-way stop in Mineral Bluff. Turn right to stay on GA Spur 60. Follow Spur 60 for 12.6 miles to US-64E in North Carolina. Take a right onto US-64E/74E and continue East on US-74E for approximately 21.3 miles to a right on Cover Avenue (the Andrews Rest Area will be on your right). Take Cover Avenue for approximately 1/2 mile (it will turn into Locust St). Main Street is across the tracks at the stoplight.

FROM CHATTANOOGA (2 hours, 15 minutes): Follow I-75 to US-74E. Follow US-74E for approximately 106 miles to a right on Cover Avenue (the Andrews Rest Area will be on your right). Take Cover Avenue for approximately 1/2 mile (it will turn into Locust St). Main Street is across the tracks at the stoplight.

FROM GREAT SMOKY MOUNTAINS NATIONAL PARK (1 hour, 5 minutes): Follow US-74W US-74W for approximately 46.7 miles to Cover Avenue. Turn left onto Cover Avenue towards the Andrews Rest Area. Take Cover Avenue for approximately 1/2 mile (it will turn into Locust St). Main Street is across the tracks at the stoplight.

FROM KNOXVILLE, TN (2 hours, 23 minutes): Follow US-129S approximately 84.3 miles to US-74. Take a right on US-74W and travel approximately 9.1 miles to Cover Avenue. Turn left onto Cover Avenue towards the Andrews Rest Area. Take Cover Avenue for approximately 1/2 mile (it will turn into Locust St). Main Street is across the tracks at the stoplight.
